It seems that MKVToolNix won't identify some of the .media files, and I did find a way to combine them, it could be a little complicated. I don't know if you has been used FFmpeg . You can download it, and just copy and put FFmpeg.exe into the folders you want to deal with. Then use cmd or powershel...
On Windows10, an intuitive way to verify if hardware acceleration is being used is using Task Manager.
Switch to GPU interface in "Performance" tab, then select "Video Decode"(the default is 3D). Graphics will appear if hardware acceleration is being used.

Both FFmpeg and mkvmerge (a part of MKVToolNix) in CLI or MKVToolNix-Gui in GUI can deal with these files.(T...
It looks no problem. My advice is to try to remux this file using MKVToolNix . Open MKVToolNix Gui, the add your mkv file to "Source files" in Multiplexer tool. Then just click "Start multiplexing". It will create a new mkv file, and check the new file if it can be played smoothl...

Would you mind provi...
Is it a file with multiple video tracks in different duration? In other words, you have a 53 minutes video and a 2,33 hours video(I think it's means 2 hours and 1188 seconds rather than Two hundred thirty three hours?) mixed in one mkv files. And in this case, VLC will show the duration of the longe...

Or you can try to use something like ffmpeg or mkvmerge to remix them into a universal container. ffmpeg -i 0000.media -...
