User suggestion: Perhaps run the 32 bit installer of 3.0.11 again. I expect the first thing it will do is uninstall VLC, it has done that up to now, and presumably it knows what it did to install VLC, and how to remove it?
If that is with VLC 3.0.10 stable release then 3.0.11 is out anyway? I haven't found MD5 signature etc. for it though. Should be about somewhere. I am not sure about Virus Total but it says that if any of its scanners says "infected" then they offer the file as suspicious to each of the sc...
