I've been trying to convert .mov files to .m4v files, and in the process, I'm losing the audio track.

Does anybody have any advice for how to solve that problem?

I'm using OSX Catalina 10.15.4

I'll create a new post in a separate string. Sorry; apparently I misunderstood the nature of this string.

I downloaded and installed the zip file at that link to see if it solved the problem here, and found that it doesn't. I am looking to convert a .mov file to a .m4v file, and no matter what I do, the audio in the resultant file is gone. I am using OSX Catalina 10.15.4. Any help would be hugely apprec...
