To Pause a Video in a VLC you have to pause it when you need to. Is there a way that VLC can put a hard pause in a specific time instead of waiting for that specific frame to come and then pasue it.

Did you ever save the playlist. i have no problem with mine. once i save it, i can always double click it and play it again and again after i quit VLC. If you do save it, i don't know what's going on.

As much as many users want to get rid of the Direct3d11, in my case it is very important for me to invoke it every time i use it. I already change my preference to direct3dD11 in my video setting output and save it. for no reason at all, direct3d11 wont play, instead it plays on a regular vlc player...
