Hello! We made a specific VLC-player on c#. There is a problem, the gpu decoding is not working and the stream start freezing. We are looking for a developer which can configure our VLC client and VLC server for using GPU resources. (GTX 1070)

I have a server PC and client PC.
Stream is starting on server and client (not in the same lan) connect to the stream. Main issue - stream on client PC is moved vertically.
How can I resolve this problem?
