I tried opening it as administrator. That worked. I guess that's how it's going to work from now on. A stupid added step for no good reason at all. At least it works.

Did another un/re install to the 64 bit version. It gives with the same "Ooops!" crash notice, but if I click "No" on the reports option, I'm back to where I was--I can access the program and open stuff up via the folder. Guess it's okay. It works, and that's something.
