OK, I got out and came back into the forum and voila, there is the "New Topic" button. So you have to be "in" a forum to see the new topic button. I see.

So this is a really basic question. I have thumbnails to playlists on my desktop. I want to add some more MP4 files to my playlists. How can I do that?

I am also new and there is no "New Topic" button for me to see? What might I be doing wrong?
