I tested successful the following Streams from the Playlist above with the VLC-Player 3.0.8 (64-Bit) under Windows 7 (64-Bit).

I have the same error as mentioned above.
Maybe the problem in my system is not only the VLC, I wonder...

I've read the Links and tested Version 3.07.1 and nightly 3.09.
No change.

What else can I try?
