I somehow fixed the issue myself by some combination of dragging VLC to a new space when it was fullscreen, exiting and restarting and now it works... It didn't work the first couple times, so not exactly sure what I did differently to make it work...??? :/ I wish there was documentation about this ...

Running VLC 3.0.8 on OSX 10.14.6. I've set "Start in Fullscreen" and "Use the native fullscreen mode" options to both be checked. The behavior that used to work that I'm hoping to re-set up is that when I start a video, it automatically goes fullscreen into a different "spac...
