I would like to be able to loop a segment of a video from the command line; I'm trying to learn some music and having it loop incessantly for hours is the way to go. Sorry for zombie post, and I don't know if it has been fixed since you have tried this, but this works for me now. I found that `--pitch-shift` on it's own set the pitch shift value (as visible in the GUI) but didn't switch it on. The full command line that works for me is: vlc --pitch-shift 10 --au...
