Why does VLC, when saving a playlist as m3u, encode a path that was once "Singles\Tears 4 Fears - Shout.mp3" to "Singles%5CTears%204%20Fears%20-%20Shout.mp3" so that other music players cannot parse that correctly? Exactly. I can't understand that it seems so difficult to unders...
