Had to remove some of the useless debug info to make the post work. but thats all i get in my log which makes me feel like it might be a hardware issue. That i have no idea how to fix

Hey all. I've just bought a new PC and I'm having some issues with VLC playback. Just about anything I try to play flickers my entire screen black. The video comes back for sometimes 20 seconds sometimes 2 seconds and flickers black again. I never had this issue previously and I'm not quite sure why...
