We can't provide help with third party packages here. You have to find working ones or get help from your distro.

Otherwise, install the VLC Snap from videolan.org.
I dont know about this option until now, it works. thanks.

That looks like a bug in Debian's libebml, not (Debian's) VLC. You may need to reinstall compatible package pairs, whichever the working versions used to be. i don't have any alternatives for this packages. Other than download source code and compile it, i don't know what to do. I read about how to...
