Sorry, I did not mention I was using VLC player to view the stream (Media -> Open Network Stream -> paste in rtmpt://vss2live.dot.ga.gov:80/lo/gdot-cam-300.stream). Is there a way to provide the swf link in VLC player?

Hello, This URL only plays ~5 seconds in VLC version 2.2.6 and 2.2.8. It does not play in 3.0.8. I am using Windows 10.
