i already said that there were no messages. I have set verbosity to 2(debug),still not a single word appears in the message log.

I have tried everything i can think of but when i try to convert a file from a stream or from my desktop, it creates a file that is 0bytes. any insight would be appreciated version 3.0.8. windows 10. it creates a 0 byte file and then plays the video that i am trying to convert. i have also tried to ...
