I have the same issues about menus management and navigation on WinXP pro ! :cry:
There is a real need for fixing these bugs, as the rest of this soft is excellent! :)

Please do something, I 'd like to drop my other players into the bin! :wink:

There is ONE great improvement in 07.1 compared to 07: no more crashes when navigating in the menus. I can now launch the film with serenity... Well, some "preview" sequences still won't be displayed (but the sound track is ok) , and there are still some bugs in the menus (i.e. colour issu...

I got the same issue with numerous DVD menus.
I would say MOST of them.
Sometimes, even the "watch the movie" option cannot be selected :evil:
I didn't notice this problem with former releases .A pity considering the overall quality of this soft!!!

Just to confirm this IS a VLC issue; some menus won't operate properly,or sometimes partially.
For instance,executing the "play the movie" command would lend to a crash, but selecting the first chapter from scenes list would be OK and launch the film normally.

Hi! why not consider a right click menu that would allow for: -play/pause/stop , ffwd, frwd functions (skip +,skip-) -replay from the last viewed point before stop (this one would be most appreciated) , as on Sonic or winDVD? Another suggestion: make access to VLC more convenient,i.e, default player...
