I used to have the same problem when I was on 3.0.6. But after upgrading to 3.0.7, it magically worked. I didn't have to tweak anything. However, there are still a few secondary issues, such as subtitle not displaying on TV (but no problem if played locally). The casting is very smooth with no hiccu...
