VLC memory usage sky rockets on WMV file opening

Does anyone care about this bug?

I made a demo movie of the crash in Windows XP virtual machine:

The 5 MB file plays fine, but the 1.32 GB file crashes VLC immediately.

Usually between 1.5 and 2.5 GB, this is 1h30m - 3h playtime.
But maybe the crash can be reproduced with smaller file in virtual machine with small amount of memory.

You have some sample file I could use to replicate the issue? Looks like this was forgotten and I have to continue moving the mouse every few minutes to avoid screen saver activation...

I have tested this version and the problem is gone.
Screen saver didn't start while playing, nor monitor powered off.
I have killed VLC while playing and screen saver and power options returned to normal operation.
I hope that this fix will be implemented in the regular version soon.
