I just installed 64bit version of "VLC 3.0.6 Vetinari jenkins@728791c5f812 Jan 9 2019 20:40:01" on my computer for the first time. When playing over rtsp://184.72.239.149/vod/mp4:BigBuckBunny_115k.mov I see video on screen just fine. When I try to take a snapshot. They are only 1/4 correct...
