There is indeed no option to browse your device as it may be distractive (which is not really the point in a car). All your indexed music should however be available in the Artists, Album ans Songs categories.

I just tried on 3.3.0 and it resumes.... in audio mode.

It's not possible. But it should be precise enough (by 1dB step) when using the sliders.

What is your VLC version? Do you have content scanned in VLC? Could you please share a screenshot / photograph of what is shown when you open VLC on your Android Auto device?

There is no such thing in the Android app. You can create playlists that have audio and video though.

It seems not to be used in VLC because VLC keeps starting at least one album with the second song of the record.

I am not sure I understand this part. Do the playlist appear in the playlist section of the app? If yes, what happens when you want to play them?

No problem, getting the logs on Android TV is a bit tricky. You should install a file explorer and transfer the file (which is at the root of the internal memory) to a removable storage. It could be your hard drive. Then you can send it from any other device that could read your storage.

Sorry but I didn't understand what you are asking for. What do you mean by "Audio + Video"?

There is no setting like that on Android. Can you please explain what you want to do? Maybe we can find a way.

Unfortunately there is no useful info in the logs. There is indeed a scanning happening but it only takes a few seconds.

Are you sure you're not using the "Repeat one" repeat mode?
