From search results on the internet, that appears to be 'copying' software. I want to PLAY not copy/rip the disk contents. I have a BlueRay player in my laptop and want to use VLC instead of letting Win Media Player install with all of its associated 'bloat.

Hi everyone. I've downloaded the prerequisite 'Libaacs' and unzipped it but, there are no instructions or directions as to where or what to do.
