Is a skin like this possible, I just want a resizeable windows playing, nothing but the video on mouse hover and can disable or enable the skin with a keystroke, not too hard to do?

I've tried both an older and 4k firestick and when I try and play videos from a network share there is a clipping sound that occurs sometimes on the bluetooth headphones, video and audio are playing nicely except for this, any settings to try? kodi works without this issue but I prefer VLC.
