By the Way, I am using Windows 10.

I am still having a problem with the VLC Media Player. I download and open and all I get is a prompt box that says "command line interface initialized. Type 'help for help'. Anyone know what the problem is?

Anyone out there know what to do about this? We can't get to preferences to change anything.

It won't open at all. I get the screen that is black where you can type in prompts and commands. The actual VLC Media screen does not open. I have installed and uninstalled a number of times and the same thing keeps happening. Hope this makes sense.

I am getting the same problem. What did you do to solve it?

By the way, I am using Windows 10 and trying to install 64 bit.

I downloaded this and I get
