Hi Dj, I just found the problem: rfc3984 states that the rtp marker bit should indicate end of an access unit, but not end of an NAL unit. VLC sets this wrongly in rtp_packetize_h264. I got the same problem. Isn't this supported?

Make sure you start vlc as "root" to bind to rtsp port 554. And make sure no other VoD server is using the port. Hope this helps.
