I have the green screen in VLC 3.0.4 only when install the latest AMD drivers 18.10.1 and 18.10.2
now i install 18.9.2 and works perfect I have sent a message to ΑΜD also but so far I did not get an answer
it may not be a problem of VLC but I have the obligation to point it out thanks.
