Versions 3.0.3 and 3.0.2 didn't work either. Skipped trying those version 3 branches and went straight to version 2.2.8 and it worked perfectly with my sample video on the same computer where those version 3 versions were showing green screen. So there must be something that VLC player is doing diff...

Unfortunately reverting to older version 3.0.3 did not help in my case.

Seems that there are other threads with this same issue on version 3.0.4 as well. I have to try version 3.0.3 when I get back home.

After uninstall and reinstall the .TS files started to work again. But the original problem still is present with VLC viewer.
