Thanks for reply, I tried VLC-Android-3.0.13-ARMv8.apk, same problem, always shows the spinning circle.

I found apks from 2.9.0 to current version don't support my android TV: APK: VLC-Android-TV-1.7.5-ARMv7.apk, works well. APK: VLC-Android-2.0.0-ARMv8.apk, works well.
