Try:If any solution works, please tell us which one solved your case, Please also quote your video driver name and version.
- Preferences -> Input/Codecs -> Disable hw decoding
- If you are a Windows user, Preferences -> Video -> Change from direct3d11 to direct3d9
Device manager tells me my driver is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 version 24.21.13.9907, dated 8/21/2018.
