... well I tried it ... and it didn't work! :( Quicktime :evil: doesn't want to know. I used the streaming wizard to save as mpeg4 on both video and audio, but the document produced had no extension and also double-clicking caused a dialog inviting me to choose an application with which to open it. ...

VLC seems to be the only medium that views, in both audio and video, my video docs (of any description or persuasion) on my iMac. Those that it doesn't manage to read, I suspect, are probably beyond the pale anyway. :shock: However, I cannot edit them! :( Is there a plug-in, add-on or other software...
