How do I disable keyboard shortcuts?

Things like CTRL+F, CTRL+D, CTRL+H etc etc??

I think all these things should be in the hotkeys section but am unable to find any way to disable these shortcuts.

VLC should automatically use "forced" subtitles, and if there are no forced then have it not display anything. It makes sense because a lot of videos have full english subtitles which are unwanted 99% of the time if it is english spoken show and if there are some little bits here and there...
