Actually.. got the greenish garbage thing on the 64bit version... sometimes solid green.. sometimes the other one..

ok so it's AMD related I guess..
funny it is not exactly the same symptom.. for me it's a complete uniform solid green...
haven't tried other display API.. though..

I have a Win10 64bit PC, with AMD Vega videocard, latest drivers (18.8.1) Was viewing videos with VLC 3.0.3 64bit when suddenly prompted to upgrade to 3.0.4 downloaded 3.0.4 64 bits, installed it..
