Problem not solved but i found a way thats working for me.

Something has been changed from VLC 2.X to 3.X.
With last Version 2.2.8 i get Multicast from USB-Video-Devices.

I'm trying to establish a Multicast Stream of my Webcam for several Clients in the local network. Streaming a test video file to the multicast group (eg 238.1.1.1) works with UDP and RTP in several configurations in VLC and on some clients.
