Can someone please reply as Chromecast is not playing on my TV via VLC from my iPad 7+. Can anyone help?

Even though there was a VLC software upgrade on my iPad and iPhone today, I still can’t access Chromecast from VLC on my TV.

Do you know when this problem is going to be sorted out?

Also occasionly Chromecast works on my TV screen but disappears from my TV screen after1-2 minutes approx. Other times nothing happens when trying to connect to the TV, although saying on my iPad Chromecast connected, but nothing on my TV.

I mentioned about Chromecast in another thread as it’s not playing at all on my TV via VLC. It states on my iPad that I’m connected on my TV but no picture on my TV. Don’t know whether it’s the same problem as above, as I’m not very tennical with iPad’s or Computers.

The webcam goes blank on my iPad screen and says Chromecast connected, but nothing happens or changes on my TV screen. Chromecast does work on my TV from YouTube for example.

Yes it is. I’m wondering if it’s a software problem and whether there might have to be a new software update to the App on my iPad and iPhone.

Hi there I’m new to this forum and I’ve been trying to activate the Chromecast onto my Panasonic TV from the VLC App from my Apple iPad Air or my Apple iPhone 7+ to no avail as nothing is appearing on my TV. Chromecast is working ok from all my other Apps. Hope you can help.
