I think it's an (very) old bug but I'm still facing the same problem with vlc. After 20 or 30 or 40 times frame by frame, vlc surtenly stops and won't play or goes to the next frame. Only thing helps is to close vlc and start the video again and go to the latest time where I was. Is this a bug or ju...
