I don't understand, share a sample of my video? Can you give me more instruction?

It happens with all my mp4 video files that have always played fine. As I previously stated I have used vlc on my xbox 1 for about a year and a half.

I have used vlc for a long time instead of media player on my xbox. Yesterday i had a weird problem. Sound would not play from any video. If i hit the fast forward button, i could hear little bits of the sound. If i used media player my movies played fine. I uninstalled vlc and reinstalled. I powere...
