So I updated the player to the newest version via the website and my lag is really long. I removed the entire VLC software and did a new install and i dont play it with subtitles until it actually plays and i cant get videos to play it takes anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes and its all videos. Seems after an uninstall and reboot its working better still a lag but only a few seconds instead of minutes like before.
