So I downloaded two samples of MKV videos. One with the H.264 codec and the other with the VP9 codec. H.264 works fine but the problem is with VP9.

Still not working.

Used different video output modules, disabled hardware acceleration, disabled overaly and YUV -> RGB.
Still not working.

I could play any videos on vlc fine on windows 7 32 bit but other players lagged like WMP and MPC-HC. But after reinstalling windows 7 64 bit every player work fine with mkv videos but VLC doesn't.
