I've upgraded to VLC 3.0.1 from the latest 2.x version. The problem is "Set as wallpaper" mode doesn't work in 3.0.1 - if I set "Set as wallpaper", it just runs standard full screen and that's all. Uninstall/reinstall with cash and prefs delete doesn't solve the issue. I can't ge...
