I just don't see the reason why. if theres something clearly superior and a possibility does exist to gain advantage of that, why not ?
If the people from coreavc wont allow it, thats one thing. but not even trying it is another story.

Im asking if it would be possible to insert support for coreavc in vlc. I know that vlc is self contained, and Im not asking for the free implention of that filter (?), since its a commercial product, but more like if its function can be added and used with vlc playback, when you have already bought...
