When I open the message window, regardless of whether I have it on 0 or 1 or 2 verbosity...nothing is there. Nothing shows up. No messages of any kind....no matter how many tries/resets. I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook. It is a 32-bit. I have Windows 7. I use an external dvd drive. Until the last update, I never had any problems at all with the VLC Media Player. It was perfect.
