While I appreciate the response however it is identical to your product it looks exactly the same they use the same icon and everything

just what i am looking for however other than finding my mac it freezes constantly and major delays in controling the video when it works if at all mostly freezes and trying to control while trying to cast forget about it. so can anyone help?

I guess I assumed that native to the app you would be able to navigate to other folders within the folder structures accessible to the computer likenin finder but within your app and just access it as you allow with your default folders within the local drive. So why is it that the main window doesn't allow you to access an external drive? Am i Missing something?

So when i launched VLC3.0 on my iPhone I was expecting it to recognize the media that i have on my phone such as videos and pictures. But it had nothing. Am i mistaken to believe that it has access to these and/or the app may not be working properly?

I too can not see how to stream to chromecast using VLC 3.0 for MAC.. i also am running version 10.13.3 The whole reason frankly that i downloaded this app was for this purpose. SO where do we go for help.. Also downloaded the IOS version 3.0 for this purpose and that doesn't work either. Frustrated...
