To fix this here is a simple trick...
Just Head toward the Preferences > select Show all settings (Lower left corner) > Then select Video and Codecs (from that list) > in Right SIDE scroll down UNTIL you see {{ File caching }}
>> Change It's value from 300 to 1000
It WORKED FOR ME...!
