error: libarchive: Truncated RAR file data

Is there something we can do about it?
It is working without problems with WinRAR and 7Zip and the old VLC Player..

Still couldn't get those samples. Do you have some?

Seems like the older versions of VLC support it but not VLC 3.0 latest build.
