Hi Jean, what's the button?

Hi. With the new update of VLC it seems to have removed the option for a floating toolbar.When in full screen the toolbar stretches across the whole screen and is no longer small like it was in the previous update. Is there any reasoning behind this?

I've recently had to reinstall VLC again due to technical issues. With this, i'm trying to reconfigure the toolbar, but as stated in the title, i'm having some trouble.
