This method does not work at all currently. Currently running Windows 10 Pro and VLC 2.2.5 x64. I went I downloaded the most recent libaccs.dll and KEYDB.cfg as of 5/20/17 and vlc still cannot play a Blu-Ray disc. Still get the error, "This Blu-ray Disc needs a library for AACS decoding, and y...
