Anyone with the .ipa file for VLC 2.8.0? (not 2.7.8 or 2.8.1)

I’m so frustrated because I’m on the iOS 11 beta program and since my iPad automatically updates its apps. It updated to 2.8.1. The 2.8.0 worked just fine for me on the beta program but the 2.8.1 is completely useless because it won’t let me fast forward to the middle of the video. It just stops pla...
