I also have a problem in VLC 3.06 with subtitles (SRT) syncing. Using latest Win-10 Insider Preview. In " Tools / Track synchronization / synchronization /", changing the value of Subtitle Track synchronization does absolutely nothing. Unless it has possibly switched from seconds to 1/100 ...

Don't forget that Windows-10 also supports Linux commands now, through its Ubuntu subset.

Just open a command prompt and enter: bash
