Define "Free"

i have a m3u list with 500+ free channels worldwide (for now)
the list is getting bigger day by day
I mean an embedded list in VLC Player (something like Channels.com)

open the vlc
set the player window to a specific height & width you want
and then go to C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\vlc
and make "read only" this 3 files : ml.xspf, vlc-qt-interface.ini and vlcrc
press ok
