Are you sure about the 3.6.3 having this issue ? It was only released yesterday, and should fix this issue.

C'est possible, mais ca depend des choix fait par le navigateur, ca a l'air possible avec Total Commander mais pas avec cx file explorer.
Vous pouvez jouer des dossiers complets depuis l'app qui dispose aussi d'un navigateur de fichier.

Could you go to More -> Settings -> Hardware Acceleration and disabled it please ? Does it still have this sound issue when reopening a video ?

You can also use the new remote access from the app (you can enable it from the settings) to share files between your device and your computer.

No it's not possible at the moment, though subtitles are being reworked in VLC for the next major version VLC 4, which will be the next version after the current 3.6.x, so it might be possible then, sorry for the inconvenience.

Oh, sorry about this, it was fixed a few weeks ago (here -> https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc- ... uests/2022), you won't have the issue in the next version.
We are currently rolling it out.

Did you try that while the video was playing or from the video list ? This menu is accessible only from the video player while playing.

Can you go to the three dot menu to the right of the video player, and click on "Control settings" ? The setting should be "Audio-boost", check that it isn't disabled ?

Would you mind sharing the files causing this please ? It would help us to reproduce this, and fix it, as it doesn't seem to be hardware related in the end.

Hi, thank you for reporting this, we had several reports of this without logs and were never able to reproduce this.

Can you try disabling hardware decoding by going to More -> Settings -> Hardware Acceleration ?
What device are you using and what android version please ?

What setting do you have for "Background/PiP Mode" in the main page of the settings ?
Same question in Settings -> Videos, do you have the custom PiP popup enabled ?

In the main page of the settings, in the History section, do you have "Playback history" enabled ? Previously is disabled, we would still save media progress which isn't the case anymore.

Could you check More -> Settings -> Video -> "Resumed played videos" please ? Is it set to "Always" ?
