Cannot get tcp stream to work need som help pls!!

Hi, I am trying to get a tcp stream to work in html5, the stream is a motion jpeg video. So i tryied all the codes that i found on google. when i place the tcp url in vlc player it works perfect (tcp:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: (port)). I realy hope that someone can help me out with this, i must finisch my pro...
